某管道穿越江底隧道工程,具有双管同时敷设、江底隧道两侧为斜坡式、隧道底板湿滑、隧道中多处冒水等特点。对江底隧道穿越过程中管道管径大、吨位大、施工作业面狭窄、两斜向地面坡度大、隧道内通风不良、照明困难等安全风险因素进行识别,分别提出相应的解决措施。明确了管道安装进入江底隧道受限空间过程应采取的安全技术交底、临时安全用电、隧道内吊装作业、实施应急演练等监督管理要点。
A pipe through the river tunnel project, with double pipe laying at the same time, both sides of the river tunnel slopes, slippery tunnel floor, the tunnel in many features such as water. The safety risk factors such as large pipe diameter, large tonnage, narrow construction work surface, large slope on two inclined surfaces, poor ventilation in the tunnel, and lighting difficulties during the tunnel crossing of the river bottom tunnel are identified, and corresponding solutions are proposed respectively. Clarified the key points of supervision and management that should be taken during the installation of pipelines into the confined space of the river bottom tunnel, such as safety technical explanations, temporary safety electricity use, hoisting work in tunnels, and emergency drills.
