中国电子学会电子测量与仪器学会,经过充分准备之后,于1980年四月廿四日～卅日在安徽省合肥市召开第一届年会。出席这次会议的代表共171人。其中研究员、教授23人,工程师59人,科技人员52人,其他方面代表37人。本届年会共收到学术论文92篇。还有部分高等院校、科研及企、事业等单位,展出了科研成果。学会正付主任委员分别主持了会议。会议得到安徽省科委、电子局、光华仪器厂、合肥无线电三厂、一厂等单位大力支持,省科协第一付主席李志明同志和电子局付局长史仁澍同志参加了会议。总之这次会议开的是成功的。
After sufficient preparation, the Institute of Electronic Measurement and Instruments of the Chinese Institute of Electronics held its first annual meeting in Hefei, Anhui Province from April 24 to April 30, 1980. A total of 171 delegates attended the meeting. Among them, 23 are researchers and professors, 59 are engineers, 52 are scientific and technical personnel, and 37 are representatives from other fields. This session of the year received a total of 92 academic papers. There are some institutions of higher learning, research and enterprises, institutions and other units, exhibited scientific research. Learned chairman of the chairman were chaired the meeting. The meeting was strongly supported by Anhui Science and Technology Commission, E-bureau, Guanghua Instrument Factory, Hefei Radio Three Factory and No. 1 Plant. Comrade Li Zhiming, the first chairman of the Provincial Association for Science and Technology and Mr. Shi Renshu, Director of Bureau of Electronics Bureau, attended the meeting. In short, this meeting is a success.
