“互联网+”时代,C2C电子商务信用问题更加凸显。研究C2C电子商务信用评价体系的发展困境,并探寻突围之路具有现实意义。[方法 /过程]从信用评价入手,解析信用评价对电子商务各参与主体的重要性,解构现有C2C电子商务信用评价体系存在的发展不足,探究其突围之道——建构第三方信用评价体系。[结果 /结论 ]提出第三方信用评价体系的建构原则和建构路径,认为应采取先由政府主导切入,再转向市场主导的发展模式。
“Internet + ” era, C2C e-commerce credit issues even more prominent. It is of practical significance to study the development predicament of C2C e-commerce credit evaluation system and explore the breakthrough road. [Methods / Processes] Beginning with credit evaluation, analyzing the importance of credit evaluation to the participants of e-commerce, deconstructing the existing development deficiencies of C2C e-commerce credit evaluation system and exploring the way to break through - Building a third-party credit rating system . [Results / Conclusion] The third part of the credit evaluation system construction principles and construction path, that should be taken first by the government-led, and then shift to the market-led development model.
