目的研究实验性皮肤癌基底膜的变化。方法用甲基胆蒽诱发的Balb/c小鼠,对其癌组织基底膜的层粘蛋白进行免疫组化染色。结果在皮肤不典型增生,皮肤乳头状瘤和原位癌,基底膜呈完整的线性分布,随着肿瘤分化程度的降低,基底膜的线性分布出现不连续缺损,甚至基本消失。结论基底膜的分布状态与肿瘤组织的分化程度有密切关系。
Objective To study the changes of basement membrane in experimental skin cancer. Methods Balb/c mice induced by methyl-cholesterol were used to immunohistochemically stain laminin in the basement membrane of cancer tissues. Results In the atypical skin hyperplasia, cutaneous papilloma and carcinoma in situ, the basement membrane showed a complete linear distribution. With the decrease of tumor differentiation, the linear distribution of the basement membrane appeared a discontinuous defect, and even disappeared. Conclusion The distribution of basement membrane is closely related to the degree of tumor differentiation.
