车辆隔热壁的传热系数是评价车体隔热性能的重要指标,是车辆热工计算的基本参数之一。本文从车辆隔热壁传热特点出发,根据有限差分原理编制了通用程序,在TQ-16机上计算了25.5米硬席座车和软卧车隔热壁内部温度场及传热系数K值,计算结果与实测数据比较接近。该程序可用于隔热壁结构的优化设计。文中并对影响隔热壁传热系数的主要因素进行了分析。
The heat transfer coefficient of vehicle heat insulation wall is an important index to evaluate the insulation performance of vehicle body and is one of the basic parameters of vehicle thermal calculation. Based on the heat transfer characteristics of the heat insulation wall of the vehicle, a general program is compiled based on the finite difference principle. The internal temperature field and heat transfer coefficient K of 25.5m hard seat car and soft car insulation wall are calculated on the TQ-16 machine. The result is close to the measured data. The program can be used to optimize the design of thermal wall structure. The main factors that affect the heat transfer coefficient of heat insulation wall are analyzed in this paper.
