国内大型重载齿轮正在实现由软齿面向硬齿面的过渡。为了能对深层渗碳齿轮材料的接触疲劳性能进行正确的评价,为选材和制定热处理工艺提供依据,进行深层渗碳材料的接触疲劳试验方法的探讨是一个急待开展的工作。本文从试验设备、试样形状以及数据处理等方面进行研究,讨论如何确定合理而严格的试验方法。
Large domestic heavy-duty gear is being realized by the soft tooth-to-hard tooth surface transition. In order to correctly evaluate the contact fatigue performance of deep carburized gear materials and provide basis for material selection and heat treatment process, the discussion of contact fatigue test method for deep carburized materials is an urgent task. This article from the test equipment, sample shape and data processing and other aspects of research to discuss how to determine a reasonable and rigorous test methods.
