日前,吉林石化染料厂与吉化研究院共同研发的异丙苯MCM系列层状分子筛催化剂,已进入工业化应用测试阶段。项目负责人表示,应用成功后苯和丙烯比将从4∶1降至2.5∶1,反应温度下降5~15℃,降低原料、动能消耗435万元,可大幅降低生产成本。MCM层状分子筛催化剂最早由美国Mobile公司于1990年首次合成,具有独特的结构性质,应用于烃类烷基化、催化裂化和烯烃异构化等领域。2005年,首次应用于国内苯酚行业。
