目的:观察补阳还五汤对局灶性脑缺血模型大鼠神经功能、脑梗死体积和血清细胞因子含量的影响。方法:采用线栓法建立大鼠局灶性脑缺血的动物模型,在缺血后24h进行神经功能行为评分,采用TTC染色法测定脑梗死体积,采静脉血以酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA法)检测血清中IL-10含量的变化。结果:脑缺血24h后大鼠神经功能行为评分、脑梗死体积和血清中IL-10水平均显著升高(P<0.01);中医方剂补阳还五汤能显著降低神经功能行为评分,减少脑梗死体积,升高血清IL-10水平(P<0.01)。结论:补阳还五汤对局灶性脑缺血大鼠脑损伤具有保护作用,其对血清细胞因子的影响是其对脑缺血保护作用的可能机制之一。
Objective: To observe the effect of Buyang Huanwu Decoction on neurological function, cerebral infarction volume and serum cytokines in focal cerebral ischemia model rats. Methods: The animal model of focal cerebral ischemia in rats was established by the method of thread embolism. Neurological function and behavior scores were assessed 24h after ischemia. The volume of cerebral infarction was measured by TTC staining. The venous blood samples were collected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) Method) detection of serum IL-10 content changes. Results: Neurological function score, cerebral infarction volume and IL-10 level in serum of rats after 24 h of cerebral ischemia were significantly increased (P <0.01). The Chinese medicine recipe Buyang Huanwu decoction could significantly reduce the score of neurological functional behavior and decrease The volume of cerebral infarction increased serum IL-10 level (P <0.01). Conclusion: Buyang Huanwu decoction has a protective effect on brain injury induced by focal cerebral ischemia in rats, and its effect on serum cytokines is one of the possible mechanisms of its protective effect on cerebral ischemia.
