合资企业作为社会主义公有制为主体的多种经济成分中的一种特殊形式,在社会主义市场经济发展过程中发挥着积极作用。沿海地区的经济腾飞,内地一些地区的经济发展超前,吸引外资是一个重要的手段。但是在很多合资企业中出现的淡化政治的现象,如国有资产流失的问题、党组织地位不明确的问题、工人阶级地位低下的问题等等,必须引起我们的重视。从表面上看,这些现象是急于合资不讲条件、迎合外方不讲国情、法律不完备、执法不严造成的,究其深层次的原因,就是我们在兴办合资企业 As a special form of a variety of economic components with socialist public ownership as the main body, joint ventures play an active role in the development of the socialist market economy.
