1935 is the year when the Northeast Anti-Japanese Volunteer Army continued to develop its war of resistance against Japanese aggression and another upsurge of struggle after 1932. Although the Northeast Anti-Japanese Volunteers lost a great deal in 1934, there have been new developments in spring and summer of 1935, with more than 70,000 people persevered in the struggle. The majority of these volunteer troops, which have more than a thousand, have fewer major stockpiles, mostly anti-Japanese forestry teams of several hundred or fewer than 100, and some of them still maintain the original organizational system while others are scattered all over the country. These volunteer army’s anti-Japanese armed struggle is very active, fighting is frequent, and the number of combatants is high.
