据统计,我国目前大约90％的省(市)档案馆已经采用或正在准备采用缩微技术。就设备和某些技术而言,我国水平并不亚于某些发达国家,然而从国家档案局公布的材料看,我国档案系统只有为数不多的几个国家级、省(市)级档案馆缩微工作常年处于正常工作的状态。多数档案馆都存在着缩微设备闲置、半闲置,高投入、低效益的现象。笔者以为应开展档案缩微技术社会服务以解决这一问题。 一、提高对缩微技术社会服务的意义的认识 1、开展缩微技术社会服务,可以充分发挥、利用本单位的设备和技术力量。 目前,档案部门现有的缩微设备多为本单
