洲际酒店集团作为目前世界上规模最大的酒店管理集团,其目标市场已遍布全球。面对今天的成功,洲际出色的跨文化管理无疑在企业经营拓张中发挥了重要的作用。中国,作为洲际2025年后世界第一大客源市场,其特殊的文化背景、深厚的历史底蕴、独特的民族个性,在很多方面为洲际的管理带来了新的挑战。本文从跨文化管理角度出发,浅析洲际目前在中国实行跨文化管理的现状和不足,旨在为洲际集团在中国发展提供些许参考和建议。
InterContinental Hotels Group is currently the largest hotel management group in the world and its target market has spread all over the world. In the face of today’s success, Intercontinental excellent cross-cultural management has undoubtedly played an important role in the expansion of business operations. China, as the world’s largest source market after the intercontinental period in 2025, has its unique cultural background, profound historical background, and unique national personality. It has brought new challenges to intercontinental management in many aspects. From the perspective of cross-cultural management, this article analyzes the current status and deficiencies of intercontinental cross-cultural management in China and aims to provide some reference and suggestions for the development of Intercontinental Group in China.
