Press conferences can be divided into two categories: one is a regular press conference, such as a routine press conference by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and other departments. Such press conferences are attended and presided over by full-time speakers. One is a thematic press conference, which is conducted by the heads of relevant departments and even the top leaders of the government, and they take questions from reporters on a certain issue or a certain range of issues. Both full-time spokespersons and leaders, at press conferences, are representatives of the government and the public at large. What they undertake and the public concern is above all their official role, and the public needs to understand the government’s stance and policy measures from their speeches. However, at the same time, the press conference is a full-scale exchange of people and people with a specific “people ”, which gives the press conference more “human ” factors and the spread of humanity Characteristics, as a form of special interpersonal communication in the form of external communication. Because of this, the press conference provided a unique platform for emotional communication for both parties to communication.
