本文阐述了以校为本教研机制的定义和基本特征,提出了在中小学建立以校为本体育教学研究机制,可以改变目前中小学体育教师在课改实践中仅仅出于执行和服从地位的被动局面,鼓励广大的中小学体育教师理直气壮的“开展自己的体育教学研究”,“解决自己的体育实际教学问题”,“发表自己的体育教研成果”的新见解。
This paper elaborates on the definition and basic characteristics of the school-based teaching and research mechanism, and proposes that establishing a school-based physical education teaching and research mechanism in primary and secondary schools can change the current practice of primary and secondary school PE teachers only in the implementation and obedience of the curriculum reform practice.
