孩子是幼儿园教育的主体,自主管理是幼儿的内在需要,也是一种独特的教育资源,我们应积极地培养幼儿这方面的能力,在一日活动中充分发挥他们的自主性。那么如何在一日活动中提高大班幼儿的自主管理能力呢?我的策略主要有4个:(1)幼儿参与规则的建立,常规成为幼儿的需要。(2)把管理权交给孩子——实行值日生制度。(3)我的时间我做主。(4)我的问题我解决
Children are the main body of kindergarten education. Self-management is an inherent need of young children and a unique educational resource. We should actively develop the capacity of young children and give full play to their autonomy in the day-long activities. So how to improve the self-management ability of young children in day-long activities? My strategy mainly includes four aspects: (1) The establishment of rules for children’s participation, which routinely serves the needs of young children. (2) Hand over management rights to children - Implement the system of daily living. (3) my time I call the shots. (4) I solve my problem
