目前企业普遍存在一手硬、一手软的现象,原因固然是多方面的,但与我们不少同志长期用线性思维方式去认识和对待思想政治工作的作用和效益有很大关系。所谓线性思维,就是用直线的、单一的、机械的、片面的思维方式去认识和看待客观事物,不懂得用联系的、系统的、发展变化的眼光去认识周围的一切。在他们看来,企业思想政治工作不要不行,这是政治问题,但到底有什么作用和效益,他们心里无数。还有的人认为企业的任务就是搞生产经营,只要效益上去,思想政治工作自然而然就发挥好了。但实际情况并非如此,笔者认为,企业思想政治工作的作用和效益不但有,而且不能低估,在某种条件下思想政治工作还将产生巨大的社会效益 At present, there are many hard-earned and soft-handed phenomena commonly found in enterprises. Still others think that the task of an enterprise is to engage in production and management. As long as the benefits go up, ideological and political work will naturally play its role well. However, the actual situation is not the case. In my opinion, the role and benefits of the ideological and political work in enterprises are not only underestimated, but under certain conditions, ideological and political work will also generate enormous social benefits
