座落在岛状融区中的青藏高原沱沱河兵站楼房,由于跨年度施工,楼房各部位季节冻深和融化速度不一,引起不均匀下沉,致使墙体产生严重裂缝。岛状融区是工程地质环境敏感区。在太阳辐射强烈的青藏高原,现行建筑规范中房屋采暖对冻深的影响系数偏小,建议对北外墙中段和角端应比规范规定系数分别增大0.2和0.3。
Located in the island-like financial zone of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau Tuobuhe station building, due to construction across the year, all parts of the building season frozen deep and melting speed varies, causing uneven subsidence, resulting in serious cracks in the wall. Island melting zone is a sensitive area of engineering geology. In the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau with strong solar radiation, the influence coefficient of building heating on the freezing depth is relatively small in the current building code. It is suggested that the coefficient should be increased by 0.2 and 0.3, respectively, in the middle section and the corner end of the northern outer wall compared with the specifications.
