约束理论（ＴＯＣ）是近几年发展起来的一种制造管理哲理。本文旨在论述ＴＯＣ的概念和基本原理，介绍ＴＯＣ的几种专门技术，并探讨ＴＯＣ在市场经济环境下我国企业发展中的应用前景以及当前需要研究的问题。
The Theory of Constraint (TOC) is a manufacturing management philosophy developed in recent years. This article aims to discuss the concepts and basic principles of TOC, introduces several specialized technologies of TOC, and discusses the application prospects of TOC in the development of China’s enterprises under the market economy environment and the current issues that need to be studied.
