查江西辖境各地,近来屡次发现各种假钞,版别有十余种,其中以一千元耕地图版为最多。除已在南昌、赣州破获伪造机关二起外,现因各大城市我政府机关已提起注意,故多分散潜入各较小城市活动;近来在丰城、奉新、彭泽、万载、吉安、靖安、莲塘等地续有发现,且起数日多。据各方面的报道,这些假钞一部分系特务与奸商勾结,在内地印制;一部分系蒋匪在台湾印制。故本省境内所发现的上项假钞,多从广东边界流入。其行使方法不一,惟其推销之企图系藉以掠夺我区物资、破坏我区金融,这是蒋匪经济政治总崩溃末路穷途的无耻行为。为维护群众利益、保护物资及巩固本币、稳定金融,对于反假票斗争,必须提起高度注意,并把这一工作作为我们当前对敌经济斗争中的重要任务之一。各级政府、财委及银行、公安、交通、税务部门除应密切联系互相配合外,并应拟定有效措施,以当地政府及银行为中心,召集有关各方面进行商讨,使反假票斗争 Check the territory of Jiangxi throughout the territory, has recently found a variety of counterfeit money, the version do not have more than 10 species, of which one thousand yuan of arable land version as the most. In order to safeguard the interests of the people, protect goods, consolidate their own currency, and stabilize finance, they must pay great attention to the fight against counter-fake tickets and regard this as one of the important tasks in our current economic war against hostile forces. Governments at all levels, the Finance Committee, banks, public security, traffic and tax departments should, in addition to working closely with each other, formulate effective measures to call for discussions with all local governments and banks regarding the fight against counterfeiting
