德国哲学家黑格尔曾说过:错误本身是“达到真理的一个必然环节”。每一个人,都是从错误中成长起来,在挫折中成熟起来的。作为一名小学教师我们要允许学生犯错,宽容错误,更要将“错误”视为一种有效的教学资源,正确、巧妙地分析并加以运用,把错误变成宝贵的教学资源,使课堂因错误而精彩。一、容“错”——让孩子“大放异彩”人非圣贤,孰能无过,被人尊称为“圣贤”的孔子,难道就不曾有过错误的言行吗?何况是正在成长的学生,在学习和生活中难免会犯这样那样的错误。错误不过是学生在数学学习过程中所做的某种尝试,是非常珍贵的学习资源,我

As a primary school teacher, we must allow students to make mistakes and tolerance errors. We must also regard “mistakes ” as an effective teaching resource, analyze it correctly and cleverly, and make mistakes into valuable teaching resources so that Classroom is wonderful because of mistakes.
