案情简介2013年7月,职工杜某从某财经大学会计专业毕业后,通过考试、面试、培训等环节的竞争性选拔,被某国有银行正式录取,在柜台上从事银行对公业务。工作一年后,杜某感觉单位内部人际关系比较复杂,对发展前景很忧心,心情很是郁闷。2014年8月,杜某悄悄联系了一家外资银行,对方也向他伸出了橄榄枝。听说辞职要提前一个月通知单位,2014年9月,杜某向部门经理、人力资源部分别递交了辞职报告。
Brief introduction of the case In July 2013, after graduating from accounting major of a finance and economics university, the employee Dumou was formally accepted by a state-owned bank through the competitive selection of examinations, interviews and training, and was engaged in bank-to-business operations on the counter. After one year's work, Dumou felt that the inter-personal relations within the unit were rather complicated and very worried about the development prospect. The mood was very gloomy. In August 2014, Dumou quietly contacted a foreign bank, and the other side extended an olive branch to him. Heard that to resign to inform the unit one month in advance, September 2014, Dumou department managers, human resources, respectively, submitted a resignation report.
