多元文化背景下,加强对外合作与交流,积极吸引外来留学生,已经成为世界各高校引进外来先进管理经验和理念,提高办学教育水平的重要途径。本文在借鉴国内外知名院校留学生办学经验的基础上,结合英语文学和文化教学中的启示,立足烟台高校的实际情况,围绕加强对外合作与交流,探讨引进外国留学生的对策,以期提高高校开放办学的力度,促进跨文化交流活动的开展。 Under the multi-cultural background, enhancing cooperation and exchanges with foreign countries and actively attracting foreign students has become an important way for colleges and universities in the world to introduce foreign advanced management experiences and concepts and improve their educational level.
