诱变剂溶液和后冲洗溶液的温度对化学诱变剂的效率起着重要作用。一般来说,突变频率随后冲洗温度升高而提高。本文报告叠氮化纳(NaN_3),处理期间和后冲洗期间温度对大麦萌发和叶绿素突变的效应。
The temperature of the mutagen solution and the post-rinse solution plays an important role in the efficiency of chemical mutagens. In general, the mutation frequency increases with increasing rinse temperature. This paper reports the effects of sodium azide (NaN 3), temperature during the treatment and after rinsing on barley germination and chlorophyll a mutation.
