用湿化学法合成钥镁酸铅陶瓷.用X射线(XRD、扫描电镜(SEW和透射电镜(TEM)技术,研究陶瓷的微观结构.结果表明:湿化学法可合成纯钙钛矿相的钥镁酸铅陶瓷;陶瓷在850~920℃烧结,晶粒大小为150~200nm,细小焦绿石相出现并分布在晶界上;过量PbO相的形成有利于陶瓷的烧结.
Synthesis of Key Magnesium Lead Ceramic by Wet Chemical Method. The microstructure of the ceramics was investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEW) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The results show that the wet-chemical method can synthesize pure lead permanganate ceramics. Sintering, the grain size of 150 ~ 200nm, small pyrochlore phase occurs and distributed in the grain boundary; the formation of excessive PbO phase is conducive to the sintering of ceramics.
