土工格栅在桩承式加筋路堤结构中发挥着较大的作用,实际工程中由于碾压机的碾压,格栅往往存在一定的损伤。从室内试验入手,采用不同方法计算了格栅损伤率。在试验基础上,采用ABAQUS软件建立了三维有限元模型,模拟分析了格栅刚度折减前后的应力变化情况。计算结果表明,考虑损伤后的格栅承载力显著下降,在实际工程设计时必须要予以考虑,研究成果为桩承式加筋路堤的设计提供有益的参考。
Geogrids play a greater role in the pile-supported reinforced embankment structure. In practical engineering, due to the rolling of the roller compaction machine, the grille often has some damage. Starting from the indoor test, using different methods to calculate the grille damage rate. Based on the experiment, a three-dimensional finite element model was established by using ABAQUS software to simulate and analyze the stress changes before and after the reduction of the stiffness of the grid. The calculation results show that the bearing capacity of the grille after considering the damage has decreased remarkably and must be considered in the actual engineering design. The research results provide useful references for the design of the piled reinforced embankment.
