采用硼氢化钠作为还原剂,“一锅法”合成鸡蛋白(CEW)保护的水溶性好、稳定性高的发红光的银纳米团簇(CEW@AgNCs)。在探究该荧光探针的应用方面,实验结果表明:Hg~(2+)能够有效地猝灭CEW@AgNCs的荧光。在Hg~(2+)浓度范围9.99~79.37μmol/L时,荧光强度(F_0-F)/F_0与Hg~(2+)的浓度呈线性关系,而且其检出限低,检测干扰性小。因此,CEW@AgNCs可以高选择性、高灵敏度地识别、检测Hg~(2+)。此外,采用该荧光探针检测实际样品水体系中的Hg~(2+),其检测速度快、稳定性好以及高的回收率,这些优点将拓宽其应用范围。
Using sodium borohydride as a reducing agent and CEW-protected water-soluble, high-stability red-emitting silver nanoclusters (CEW @ AgNCs), a one-pot method was developed. In exploring the application of the fluorescent probe, the experimental results show that: Hg ~ (2+) can effectively quench the fluorescence of CEW @ AgNCs. The fluorescence intensity (F_0-F) / F_0 was linear with the concentration of Hg 2+ in the range of Hg 2+ concentration of 9.99-79.37μmol / L, and its detection limit was low and the detection of interference was small . Therefore, CEW @ AgNCs can identify and detect Hg 2+ with high selectivity and sensitivity. In addition, the detection of Hg 2+ in the actual sample water system by the fluorescent probe has the advantages of fast detection, good stability and high recovery, and these advantages will broaden the application range.
