承气合剂为治疗急腹症的验方，本实验结果显示它可促进小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能。在ＬＰＳ刺激下，腹腔Ｍ释放ＩＬ６及ＴＮＦ增多，合剂对之抑制作用明显，但对正常状态的Ｍ则促进释放作用。较大剂量的合剂可抑制小鼠胸腺体积，明显减少胸腺指数。上述结果表明承气合剂抗炎作用与影响机体免疫功能有关。
Chengqi Mixture is a prescription for the treatment of acute abdomen. The results of this experiment show that it can promote the phagocytic function of mouse peritoneal macrophages. Under the stimulation of LPS, IL-6 and TNF were increased in the abdominal cavity M. The inhibitory effect of the mixture was obvious, but the normal state M promoted the release. Larger doses of the mixture can inhibit the volume of thymus in mice and significantly reduce the thymus index. The above results show that the anti-inflammatory effect of Chengqi Mixture is related to the immune function of the body.
