科学技术是第一生产力的论断已无需置疑,但在电力物资公司这样的物资流通企业如何得到充分体现?我们搞物资管理的,如果认为我们不在生产一线,没有自己的产品,不需高精尖的技术,数十年来的工作方式、手段和经验也似乎能满足工作需要,科学技术离我们似乎还很遥远——信息高速公路是美国人的事,“三金”工程与我们不太沾边,书店里铺天盖地的科技书刊是学者们的读物,等等,那么,科学技术形成的第一生产力就与我们无缘。 但是,发达国家的发达,归根结底是其科技的发达;先进的经营管理模式和手段,本质上是科学理论的应用,是科学方法和手段的实现。依靠内涵发展企业,要从企业内部管理中要效益;在激烈的市场竞争中想提高竞争力,谋求生存与发展,必须做到耳聪目明、判断准确、反应迅速。而对日益严峻的形势,我们如何去适应呢?

Enterprises that rely on the connotation of development must benefit from the internal management of the enterprise; in the fierce market competition, if they want to improve their competitiveness and strive for survival and development, they must be aware of their eyesight, make accurate judgments, and respond quickly. How can we adapt to the increasingly severe situation?
