实验用成年白兔九只,在双侧外侧膝状体注射辣根过氧化物酶(Horseradjsh Peroxjdase, HRP),同时人工造成右眼高眼压。经HRP实验程序后,两侧对照观察视网膜片和视神经前端切片。结果发现:在高眼压眼眼压达50毫米汞柱以上时,标记的视网膜神经节细胞较正常眼者明显减少,统计学处理显示有显著性差异;在高眼压眼眼压至30毫米汞柱以上时,视神经筛板后部有较明显的标记物积聚。这些变化还与高眼压维持的时间等因素有关。结果表明:视神经逆行轴浆运输在高眼压的情况下可被阻断。但对其发生机制和规律尚待进一步地研究。
Nine adult rabbits were injected with horseradjsh peroxydase (HRP) in the lateral geniculate body and artificial high right ocular hypertension at the same time. After HRP experimental procedures, the two sides of the control retinal and optic nerve anterior segment section. The results showed that: in the intraocular pressure of 50 mmHg or more, marked retinal ganglion cells were significantly reduced compared with normal eyes, the statistical analysis showed significant differences in the intraocular pressure intraocular pressure to 30 mm Hg above, the optic nerve behind the sieve with more obvious markers accumulation. These changes are also related to the maintenance of intraocular pressure and other factors. The results showed that retrograde axoplasmic transport of optic nerve could be blocked under high intraocular pressure. However, its mechanism and rules need further study.
