本期《艺术界》带来了全新的尝试:我们首次以一位艺术家作为主题线索,展开封面专题“秀”的讨论。我们选择了陈侗这位传奇的出版人、书店运营者、作家、画家、档案收藏者、洋溢着真正的文人气质的特立独行者。当然,这并非一次讨巧的多样化呈现,我们也无意将此作为向陈侗的致敬。我们希冀透过对陈侗的解读,把陈侗个人和他的创作生涯作为文化产物从多重角度加以剖析,从而洞见我们所处时代的文化症候。当我们把陈侗称为“传奇”时,我们意在指出:陈侗正如我们文化版图上的一个重要坐标,为我们当下
The “art world” has brought a whole new twist to this issue: for the first time, we take an artist as the theme thread and start the cover art discussion. We chose Chen Tong, the legendary publisher, bookstore operator, writer, painter, archivist and a maverick of true literary style. Of course, this is not a simplistic diversification, and we do not intend to use it as a tribute to Chen Tong. We hope that through the interpretation of Chen Tong, Chen Dong and his creative career as a cultural product from a multi-angle analysis to see the cultural symptoms of our time. When we call Chen Dong “legend,” we intend to point out: Chen Tong, as one of the important coordinates on our cultural map, is for us now
