目的探讨大泡吸收管气密性对空气中氨检测结果准确度的影响。方法在30 m~3密闭舱内发生一定浓度的氨气,采用工作场所国标(GBZ 160.29)的方法,选择配套和不配套管的大泡吸收管采样,比较2种大泡吸收管的采样效率和结果准确度;同时采用公共场所空气中氨气国标(GB/T 18204.25)的测定方法对同一空气中的氨气进行测定,并分析结果的一致性。结果配套管检测结果(1.57 mg/m~3)大于不配套管的检测结果(1.37 mg/m~3),配套管检测结果相对标准偏差(3.17%)小于不配套管检测结果相对标准偏差(15.2%),且配套管的采样效率大于不配套管的采样效率;配套大泡吸收管3种检测方法比对试验,结果一致性较好,相对标准偏为2.1%。结论大泡吸收管气密性对空气中氨检测结果准确度的影响至关重要。
Objective To investigate the influence of bubble tightness on the accuracy of ammonia in air. Methods Ammonia gas with a certain density was produced in a closed chamber of 30 m ~ 3. Samples of bubble suction tubes with or without tubes were sampled by GBZ 160.29 in the workplace. The sampling efficiency of the two bubble absorption tubes was compared And the accuracy of the results. At the same time, the ammonia in the same air was determined by the method of GB / T 18204.25 in public places, and the consistency of the results was analyzed. Results The test results of matched tubes (1.57 mg / m ~ 3) were higher than those of unsuitable tubes (1.37 mg / m ~ 3), the relative standard deviations of matched tubes (3.17% 15.2%). The sampling efficiency of the matched tube was higher than that of the unmanaged tube. The three kinds of detection methods of the large bubble absorber tube were compared with each other, and the consistency was good. The relative standard deviation was 2.1%. Conclusion The effect of bubble tightness on the accuracy of ammonia in air is of crucial importance.
