目的探讨溴酸盐的体外低剂量下的适应性效应。方法以人脐血淋巴细胞为实验材料,用0.1 mM溴酸钾做预处理与不做预处理,再毒性浓度处理24 h,两组比较观察微核率的变化。结果预处理组较未预处理组的淋巴细胞微核率降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论经低浓度溴酸钾预处理的脐血淋巴细胞对毒性剂量处理存在一定的适应性,认为溴酸钾在体外条件下可能存在适应性反应。
Objective To investigate the adaptive effect of bromate at low dose in vitro. Methods Human umbilical cord blood lymphocytes were used as experimental materials. The cells were pretreated with 0.1 mM potassium bromate and pretreated with 0.1% potassium bromate for 24 h. The change of micronucleus rate was observed in both groups. Results The micronucleus rate of lymphocytes in pretreatment group was lower than that in non - pretreatment group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). Conclusion Cord blood lymphocytes pretreated with low concentration of potassium bromate have some adaptability to toxic dose treatment. It is considered that potassium bromate may have adaptive response under in vitro conditions.
