上海市愚园路第一幼儿园针对独生子女的特点,在“独”字上做文章,开展了大年龄班带小年龄班的混合教育活动。经过一学期的初步尝试,他们发现绝大多数幼儿,自信心、责任感和独立性增强了,懂得了关心别人、维护集体荣誉,学会了自觉地约束自己,独立地解决问题,在交往中能正确地评价自己和他人。活动时间不长,教育效果却很显著,是什么因素造成的?笔者认为是年龄因素和交往因素。“大带小”的活动,充分考虑到当前幼儿家中无兄弟姐妹,在家庭生活中没有行为练习和施加影响的对象。他们只能象容器一样被动地接受成人教给的道德观念和行为准则。在以年龄分班的幼儿园中,他们虽然可以对同龄伙伴施加影响,但这种影响会因同龄幼儿心理水平的制约而削弱。生活经验
