在线化学强化反冲洗(CEB)可以有效减缓膜污染、恢复膜过滤性能,但在清洗过程中会产生化学强化反冲洗副产物(CEBBPs),影响膜出水水质。基于此,在考察CEB技术调控中反洗时间和反洗周期对膜清洗效果影响的同时,也对膜过滤出水中CEBBPs生成与变化进行了研究。结果表明:反洗时间的增加和反洗周期的缩减都会促进CEBBPs的生成,而跨膜压差增长速率却会降低;另外,产水量随着反洗时间的增加而呈下降趋势,随着反洗周期的延长而增大。通过数据分析,最佳反洗时间和反洗周期分别为4 min和120 min;在此参数下,跨膜压差增长速率为0.068k Pa/h,膜产水量是无清洗模式下产水量的93.5%。
In-line chemical enhanced backwash (CEB) can effectively mitigate membrane fouling and restore membrane filtration performance, but chemical-enhanced backwashing by-products (CEBBPs) are produced during the cleaning process, affecting membrane effluent quality. Based on this, CEBBPs production and changes in the membrane filtration effluent were also investigated in the CEB technical regulation of backwash time and backwash cycle on the membrane cleaning effect. The results showed that both the increase of backwash time and the decrease of backwash cycle could promote the formation of CEBBPs, but the growth rate of transmembrane pressure drop decreased.
