加强高职高专院校全面建设、促进高等职业教育健康发展是当前高职高专人才培养工作水平评估的基本出发点。本文从评估的视角,探讨了高职高专院校的办学定位和教育改革问题。同时,提出了发展高等职业教育的基本思路,即:以满足社会多方面人才特别是高等技术应用型人才或高技能人才的需求、更好地服务行业发展为宗旨,牢固树立产学结合的办学思想;以瞄准岗位技能需求、促进就业为导向,建立健全产学研合作教育机制;以提高学生就业能力为目标,推进产学研一体化,大胆创新人才培养模式,突出技术应用和实际动手能力的培养。 Strengthening the overall construction of higher vocational colleges and promoting the healthy development of higher vocational education are the basic starting points for the current evaluation of the training of qualified personnel in higher vocational schools and colleges.
