生态建设是西部大开发的切入点。我区通过实施退耕还林工程,取得明显的生态、经济和社会效益,不但改善了农民的生产生活条件,而且增加了广大退耕农户的经济收入,被退耕农民称之为“民心工程、德政工程”。退耕还林工程已成为宁夏实施西部大开发的“亮点”工程。为了认真贯彻党中央、国务院深入实施西部大开发战略,进一步解放思想,统一认识,推动我区退耕还林工作,根据自治区关于开展深入实施西部大开发战略大学习活动的要求,围绕“举大旗、唱大戏、抢项目、争资金、保成活”的主题,我站积极开展深入实施西部大开发战 Ecological construction is the starting point for the development of western China.
