本文采用分离变数法求得了装有减震器的钻柱的纵向自振频率公式。该公式表明:在高频区域,减震器刚度对自振频率影响较大。文章应用虚功原理求出了强迫振动的振幅公式和钻头的动载公式,并对减震器减震效果作了讨论。文章认为:钻压对振动有影响,但不影响减震器的减震效果。在低转数下,采用刚度较大的减震器反而会增加振动,应当采用刚度更小的减震器。
In this paper, the discrete natural frequency method was used to calculate the longitudinal natural frequency of drillstring with shock absorbers. The formula shows that: in the high frequency region, the stiffness of the shock absorber has a greater impact on the natural frequency. In this paper, the amplitude formula of forced vibration and the dynamic formula of drill bit are calculated by the principle of virtual work, and the damping effect of shock absorber is discussed. The article holds that: the weight-on-bit has influence on the vibration, but it does not affect the damping effect of the shock absorber. At low revolutions, the use of larger stiffness shock absorbers will increase the vibration, the damper should be used less rigid.
