通过对硬质合金高温处理工艺的研究 ,获得了 WC晶形完整、晶粒粗大的可用于制取粗晶硬质合金的合金粉末。利用高温处理回收物料制取的粗晶硬质合金 ,其性能和使用效果可达到甚至超过正常的粗晶硬质合金。
Through the study of the high temperature treatment of the cemented carbide, the alloy powder with a complete WC crystal form and coarse grains can be obtained for preparing the coarse-grained cemented carbide. The use of high-temperature processing of recycled materials made of coarse-grained cemented carbide, its performance and effectiveness can reach or exceed even the normal coarse-grained cemented carbide.
