基于网络分析中置换定理的思想,本文提出了一种适用于非线性电路有容差情况下,模拟电路子网络经故障诊断的新方法。该方法给出了容差情况下诊断的原理和可诊断性条件,并利用区间迭代算法,给出了容差网络无故障情况下的测试节点电压范围。本文提出的算法,比基于KCL方程校验的方法计算量小,而且方法简单,易于工程实现。
Based on the idea of permutation theorem in network analysis, this paper presents a new method that is suitable for the fault diagnosis of analog circuit sub-networks with tolerance of nonlinear circuits. The method gives the diagnosis principles and diagnostic conditions under tolerance, and uses the interval iteration algorithm to give the voltage range of the test node under fault-tolerant network without fault. The proposed algorithm is less computationally intensive than the method based on KCL equation checking, and the method is simple and easy to implement.
