7月11日,省委书记赵克志在省林业厅呈报的《河北省林业厅关于上半年造林绿化进展情况的报告》上批示:“很好!各级党委政府精心组织,大力推进,重点造林绿化项目进展顺利,绿色河北攻坚工程取得显著成效”。省委书记赵克志的重要批示,既是对我省上半年造林绿化工作的充分肯定,也是对今后全省造林绿化工作的重要鼓励。
