目的 :探讨细胞角蛋白抗体在鼻息肉上皮细胞中的表达及意义。方法 :应用AE1 、AE3、CK7、CK1 4、CK1 9、CK2 0 单克隆抗体 ,采用链霉素蛋白 过氧化酶染色 ,观察其在鼻息肉上皮细胞的表达。结果 :①AE1 、CK7、CK1 9在鼻息肉的各种病理上皮如鳞状上皮、柱状上皮及立方上皮染色均为阳性 ;AE1 、CK1 9在全层上皮细胞染色阳性 ;CK7在假复层上皮细胞中的杯状细胞及基底细胞染色阳性 ;②AE3、CK2 0 在部分单层及复层上皮染色阳性 ;③AE1 、AE3、CK7、CK1 9在过渡性上皮细胞呈现局灶状阳性。结论 :CK7、CK1 9是鼻息肉上皮细胞最基本的角蛋白组合之一 ;在炎症反应过程中 ,鼻息肉粘膜上皮细胞的部分角蛋白亚型表达可出现丢失 ,而出现新的上皮细胞角蛋白构型
Objective: To investigate the expression of cytokeratin antibody in nasal polyps epithelial cells and its significance. Methods: The monoclonal antibodies against AE1, AE3, CK7, CK1 4, CK1 9 and CK20 were used to detect the expression of the protein in epithelial cells of nasal polyps by streptavidin peroxidase staining. Results: ①The expressions of AE1, CK7 and CK1 9 in all pathological epithelial tissues of nasal polyps such as squamous epithelium, columnar epithelium and cuboidal epithelium were positive; AE1 and CK1 9 were stained positive in full-thickness epithelial cells; CK7 was positive in pseudostratified epithelial cells In goblet cells and basal cells stained positive; ② AE3, CK20 in some monolayers and stratified epithelial staining; ③ AE1, AE3, CK7, CK1 9 in the transitional epithelial cells showed focal positive. CONCLUSIONS: CK7 and CK1 9 are one of the most basic keratin groups in nasal polyps. During the inflammatory reaction, the expression of some keratin subtypes of nasal polyps epithelial cells may be lost and new epithelial keratin structure
