本文测试正常人30例60眼的图像反转视诱发电位。男13、女17例。年龄15~60岁。结果发现P_(100)波出波率最高(100%),波形最稳定,可作为图像反转视诱发电位观察的基本指标,其潜时平均为100±1.5mS,振幅8.5±1μV,潜时双眼差范围在0~8mS,特别提出双眼差值的比较观察有临床意义。此外还比较我院与他院实验室所作的结果,分析其产生不同数值的原因,强调因各地条件不同,每个实验室都必需建立自己的正常值。
This article tests the normal 30 cases of 60 eyes of the reverse image evoked potential. Male 13, female 17 cases. Age 15 to 60 years old. The results showed that the out-wavenumber of P_ (100) wave was the highest (100%) and the waveform was the most stable, which could be regarded as the basic index for the reverse visual evoked potentials. The average latency was 100 ± 1.5mS and the amplitude was 8.5 ± 1μV. Binocular difference in the range of 0 ~ 8mS, in particular, put forward the comparative observation of binocular differences have clinical significance. In addition, the results of our hospital and other hospital laboratories were compared to analyze the reasons for different values. Each laboratory emphasized the need to establish its own normal value due to different conditions.
