美国企业界有句名言:对培训投入1美元,你将多收获50美分。管中窥豹,培训工作的重要性由此可见一斑。现代企业管理中,员工培训是人力资源开发的重要组成部分,亦是提升企业核心竞争力的一条重要“捷径”。为此,全球500强企业都把员工培训作为年度的“必修课”。随着我国市场经济发育的不断完善和竞争的加剧,国内企业对培训工作也日益重视,在某些行业出现优秀培训师重金难求的现象。
