在我国基础教育改革中对合作学习教学策略的倡导,合作学习的理念越来越被人熟知,但对学科教学实践方面还是较薄弱。如我们在很多教学活动中也采用小组合作学习的方式组织实施教学。但这种小组合作的安排经常是随意的,学生按座位就近两人一组或四人一组进行合作,开展对话练习、小组讨论或角色表演的活动。这种随意的组合通常会产生很多问题,学优生就能很顺利、出色完成布置的任务,而学困生就很难实施操练、巩固的环节。
The concept of cooperative learning is more and more well-known for the advocacy of cooperative learning and teaching strategies in the reform of basic education in our country, but it is still weak in the practice of academic teaching. For example, in many teaching activities, we also organize teaching by means of group cooperative learning. However, the arrangement of such group cooperation is often arbitrary. The students work together in group of two or four people according to their seats to carry out conversation practice, group discussion or role play. This random combination usually results in many problems. Students will be able to smoothly and excellently complete the tasks assigned. However, it is difficult for students who have difficulty in learning to practice and consolidate.
