为探索适合我国国情的智力低下(MR)有效的治理方法,作者设计了由医师、教师、家庭与社会多方共同参予的综合治理的方案,于1988年2月~1991年1月对弱智学校20名MR儿童进行了为期三年的治理观察,以WISC-R智商(IQ)值与社会适应能力测试评分为指标,结合社会反响等作综合评估,并设有对照和部分录像记录。结果:治理组最初测定的平均IQ为33.7,一年后提高到38.3(P>0.05),其中操作IQ由41.7升到49.9(P<0.05);三年后平均IQ提高到41.5(P<0.05),操作IQ升到56.3(P<0.01);对照组平均IQ最初为38.11,一年后仍为38.1;1989年2月起加做了社会适应能力测试,治理组初次测试≤8分者有9例,1991年复试时仅4例,结合实际能力和他们学到的一技之长,得到了家长和社会的承认,为他们走向社会打好了基础。
In order to explore an effective treatment method for mental retardation (MR) suitable for the national conditions of our country, the author designed a program of comprehensive treatment involving physicians, teachers, families and the community. From February 1988 to January 1991, Twenty MR children underwent a three-year governance observation.
