基于通风机变频调速的节能原理,运用先进的模糊模型辨识技术(ANFIS)建立矿井主通风机的数学模型,采用模糊自整定PID控制器对变频系统进行控制,对矿井主通风机作为负载的变频调速节能系统进行了结构设计及其Matlab仿真,并与传统PID控制器系统的仿真结果进行比较。结果证明此节能系统的可行性,可以实现更好的控制性能,达到良好的节能效果。
Based on the energy-saving principle of variable frequency speed control of fan, the mathematical model of mine main ventilator is established by using advanced fuzzy model identification technology (ANFIS), the fuzzy self-tuning PID controller is used to control the variable frequency system, and the main ventilator of mine is used as load The frequency conversion speed regulation energy conservation system has carried on the structural design and its Matlab simulation, and compares with the traditional PID controller system simulation result.
