研究了初夏季节宝华山自然保护区中处于不同演替阶段的次生裸地、纯盐肤木 (Rhuschinensis)林以及青冈 (Cyclobalanopsisglauca) -栓皮栎 (Quercusvariabilis)混交林下的土壤 ,调查分析了细菌 (Bacteria)、放线菌 (Actinomycets)、真菌 (Fungi)和固氮菌 (Nitrogen fixingbac teria)的数量及组成。结果表明 :处于演替初级阶段的次生裸地的微生物总量少于青冈 -栓皮栎混交林和纯盐肤木林 ;除霉菌 (Mould)外 ,纯盐肤木林的各类微生物数目都大于次生裸地及混交林 ;各样地均以真菌为主 ,细菌次之 ,放线菌最少 ;由分离纯化和鉴定结果发现 ,细菌以纯盐肤木林最多 ,混交林次之 ,次生裸地最少。其中 ,芽孢杆菌属 (Bacillus)、节细菌属(Arthrobacter)、棒状杆菌属 (Corynebacterium)和假单胞菌属 (Pseudomonas)等是优势菌属。
This paper studied the soils under secondary forest, Rhus chinensis forest and Cyclobalanopsisglauca - Quercusvariabilis mixed forest in different succession stages in Baohuashan Nature Reserve in early summer. The effects of bacteria Bacteria, Actinomycets, Fungi and Nitrogen fixing bacteria. The results showed that the total amount of microbes in secondary bare land was lower than that of Cyclobalanopsis glauca and pure Rhododendron chinensis in the primary stage of succession. In addition to mold, Bare and mixed forest; all kinds of fungi are the main, followed by bacteria, actinomycetes at least; from the separation and purification and identification results found that the bacteria most pure woody forest, mixed forest next, the least secondary bare . Among them, Bacillus, Arthrobacter, Corynebacterium and Pseudomonas are dominant bacteria.
