在初中英语教师职前职后一体化研究中,测试评价方式一体化是一个非常重要的方面。职前阶段主要采取形成性评估与终结性评估相结合的评价方式,职后阶段主要采取结果与过程并重的形成性评估。
In the study of pre-service post-employment integration of junior high school English teachers, the integration of test and evaluation methods is a very important aspect. The pre-employment stage mainly adopts a combination of formative evaluation and summative assessment, and the post-employment stage mainly takes the formative evaluation of both the results and the process.
