建设部下达的《不吸水膨胀珍珠岩芯板复合外墙板》专题,已于1991年底通过部级鉴定。研制成的珍珠岩保温芯板,密度为120~150kg/m~3,导热系数为0.05~0.06W/m·K,价格比同密度的岩棉板低50%左右。用这种保温芯板与普通混凝土制成的复合外墙板,厚度为20cm,保温芯板厚为5cm时,复合外墙板的热阻值为0.961m~2·K/W(超过北京市2000年节能指标的要求),价格比现有岩棉复合外墙板低29%。
The topic of “non-absorbent expanded perlite core composite exterior wall panel” issued by the Ministry of Construction has passed the ministerial appraisal at the end of 1991. The perlite insulation core board developed has a density of 120-150 kg/m 3 and a thermal conductivity of 0.05-0.06 W/m·K, which is about 50% lower than the same density rock wool board. When the composite outer wall panel made of this kind of thermal insulation core board and ordinary concrete has a thickness of 20 cm and the thermal insulation core board thickness is 5 cm, the thermal resistance value of the composite exterior wall panel is 0.961 m~2·K/W (exceeding that of Beijing Requirements for energy-saving indicators in 2000), prices are 29% lower than existing rock wool composite facade panels.
