目的探讨癫痫清颗粒对试验诱发惊厥的影响。方法实验分组,相应处理后,分别用YSD-4G药理生理实验多用仪电刺激各组小鼠,记录各组小鼠发生电惊厥的数量,观察各组小鼠发生惊厥的潜伏期和动物存活时间,观察海马CA1区的病理变化。结果癫痫清颗粒组电惊厥发生率显著低于模型对照组。癫痫清颗粒组硝酸士的宁诱发惊厥的潜伏期显著长于模型对照组,癫痫清颗粒组注射硝酸士的宁诱后的存活时间显著长于模型对照组。癫痫清颗粒可显著降低大鼠脑海马CA1区Caspase-9的表达。结论癫痫清颗粒对试验诱发动物惊厥具有呈剂量依赖性的保护作用。
Objective To investigate the effect of epilepsy granules on convulsion induced by experiment. Methods The rats were divided into groups and treated with YSD-4G pharmacological and physiologic experiments. The numbers of electroconvulsions in each group were recorded and the convulsive latency and survival time of each group were observed. The pathological changes of hippocampal CA1 area were observed. Results The incidence of seizure in epilepsy granules group was significantly lower than that in model control group. The incubation period of seizures induced by nitric acid and strychnine of epilepsy granules group was significantly longer than that of the model control group. The survival time of Ningxizhi granule group was significantly longer than that of the model control group. Epilepsi Granules can significantly reduce the expression of Caspase-9 in the hippocampal CA1 region of rats. Conclusion Epilepsy Granules have a dose-dependent protective effect on experimental convulsions in animals.
